This corner detached on Childwall Park Avenue, benefitted from a double storey rear extension to extend the bedrooms and create an en-suite. A front side extension enlarged the existing bedroom and create an en-suite and dressing room. Extensive internal alterations, created a large contemporary kitchen/diner overlooking the garden with bi-folding doors. A study was added along with a utility room and down stairs toilet, completing the renovations.
