This detached in Childwall was in an extremely poor state of repair when purchased and in significant need of renovation. The work commenced by taking the whole house back to brick and extending fully across the back of the house to create an open-plan kitchen diner. Aluminium bi-folds open out onto the garden creating one big space. Extensive internal alterations created a large family bathroom and a side extension became a master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite. A new roof and K-render finished the contemporary makeover of this property.
